Teaching on the Father’s Blessing

I want to teach on the importance of receiving a fathers blessing from their own father. Also speak on areas that my father and other older men have spoken on the important things in life, read these to the men. Have this be a time of mentoring to each man by reading a good mans nuggets of wisdom that he has learned throughout his lifetime. Their is a lot of hurt from fathers due to a lack of love, instruction, protection, etc. Grown men hold onto these hurts for a lifetime and when speaking on this subject there has always been a great deal of healing and ministry that the Holy Spirit does inside of each man. I want to communicate the great need and design that God intended for a man to play in the role as a husband and father and that the men I am talking to understand this. I also want to communicate that we can get this kind of love and healing from our Heavenly Father and how to do that.
